Jumping Into the Deep End
Holy cats, y'all! I'm heading off to Mississippi in the morning for my first national deployment.
I might be gone for as long as three weeks; it will depend on where the hurricane makes landfall and how much damage it does. I have to drive to Ann Arbor in the morning to pick up the ERV and my hopefully much more experienced partner for this adventure. I won't have my computer with me, but I'll have my cell phone. Not sure how often I'll be able to check in on xanga. I'll miss you guys! Be good while I'm gone.

NO FEAR! It is really going to be put to the test. You can always message me. It is no problem postponing the 4 digit club party... I'll just have to restrain myself from entering all the caches... I figure I'm nearly at 1100. Have a safe trip and I hope the hurricane skips over you entirely and it is a false alarm. I'm going to pray that it does a big U-turn and heads back out to sea missing the US coast all together!
